Diesel Truck Repair in Ontario, CA

After having a mobile diesel company come to my house which ended with 2 techs come out and charge me for over an hour of basically guessing what the problem was. I got a flyer from a diesel repair shop Rapid Diesel repair in Rancho Cucamonga towed my truck there they found one of the issues where my truck wouldn't communicate with a scanner which was caused by the techs that came to the house broken ground wire from the battery to the ECM from there Rapid diesel was able to find injector in cylinder #5 was bad and needed to be replaced . They recommend to replace all 6 injectors and at 231,296 miles and definitely agreed and here it is Friday and im picking my truck up . The guys here at Rapid Diesel Repair are very friendly professional and the first thing they did when I got there was give a great welcome got a tour of the shop ( I've never seen a shop this clean and organized with quite a few trucks being diagnosed worked on etc. These gentlemen told what was going to happen and thats exactly what they did so a BIG THANK YOU to Rapid Diesel Repair for a quality and professional costumer experience and a scale of 1to 10 I'd give them and 11 !!!!!!!

It's hard to find a good, reliable, diesel mechanic. Now that I found Rapid Diesel Repair my search is over. The entire team from the receptionist to the guy's working on my truck in the back were extremely professional. I have a 2010 Ram 3500 that my entire business revolves around. It was had a long list of repeat need to be made. Rapid Diesel fixed everything with full upfront cost disclosure. If there was any repairs I did not want to make, the still gave me the diagnostic so I would know what I have to fix later. Thanks Rapid Diesel for keeping my rig on the trail!
